The Saldalama by Podere Sottoilnoce is a semi-sparkling wine, juicy and convivial obtained through the refermentation in the bottle, also called ancestral method. It is made up of 75% Lambrusco grapes (Grasparossa and Sorbara) to which is added a balance of Trebbiano Modenese, a native white grape. It expresses at the nose intriguing and subtle scents of dark fruit such as blackberries and cherries, crossed by live herbaceous notes and a slight but persistent spiciness. Artisanal Wine, made with old style methods |
